There were a lot of customers and it strongly felt like a factory-style clinic. There was a space set up as a waiting room, but it was completely open, so I waited together with people who had numbing cream on while making eye contact with them. The procedure went well, but there was absolutely no consultation with the director, only with the manager. I have no intention of returning.
