The staff were generally kind, but the consultation manager seemed a little flustered, maybe because she was busy. There was no pressure to pay a deposit. When I asked the doctor about side effects, he suddenly showed me pictures and said implant side effects were much more severe, then compared them and said mine would be okay, which felt a bit odd. It was good that they could check the amount of fat right away with ultrasound.
