There weren't any particular complications from the breast fat graft, but... almost all of the grafted fat from the first round was gone Rather than worrying about gaining weight for nothing, just think of yourself as a pig and eat freely for two months Otherwise it's honestly a waste of money. The part that was taken out is manageable if you move around with superhuman willpower in daily life, and the pain lasts for more than a month. At minimum, a week has to pass before even that becomes possible, and until a month before then, every time I sat down on the toilet I wanted to die. But well... looking back after it's over, time really passes quickly. If you have the money, I recommend it.
