I went to this clinic for a consultation, and the consultation manager handled it. The manager wasn't overly kind, but still on the kind side. But it felt like kindness done just to somehow get one procedure out of me..? In the end, the recommendations felt a bit pushy, so I only got a consultation and didn't go ahead with surgery.
