They have a lot of events, so there are a ton of people, and it doesn't seem like they explain things in a very detailed way. There's not much to explain about hair removal, though.. There was a bit of waiting, and it felt hectic. Still, since I got laser treatment, I'm going to wait and see if I get results. I don't have folliculitis or any other abnormal symptoms.
