I liked the clean interior and the fact that there was no consultation wait because it was a private clinic. The manager was kind with no real shortcomings, except for recommending same-day booking discounts a few times. Even that wasn't overly pushy, and I understand they have to sell. The director explained only the essential information a patient needs, but after finishing the explanation, they answered my many questions well, so it didn't feel like we would have trouble communicating. It was easy to understand because they answered with reasons when I asked. And both the director and the manager were good because neither of them strongly pushed for other surgeries outside the area I came to consult about, or insisted that I must do OO together with it. It is event pricing if you only do eye correction, but once I added several things the price went up, so I'm planning to consult elsewhere too.
