After consulting at other places, this was the only one that recommended incision + eye correction. I went there because it was a place run by the director alone, but I wasn't very satisfied with the price either, and when I explained my requirements, they said this was why it had to be done this way. But that was different from what the other places said, so I didn't trust it. The facility was clean and fine.
