It's a factory-style clinic, but I like being able to get a simple, inexpensive procedure. The doctor is hit or miss, but today's doctor was kind during the procedure, explained things well, and did the treatment while shaping my face, which I liked. The staff's kindness is average. Their tone is a bit snappy..ㅠㅠ
