There wasn't much waiting, and everyone was friendly overall. What stuck in my memory the most was how many times the doctor kept adjusting the line. I liked that I felt my opinion was being reflected wellㅎㅎ The manager didn't seem pushy either, and I also liked that they didn't speak in a way like surgery was absolutely mandatory, but rather honestly said what kind of improvement surgery might bring.
