The doctor is kind, but the manager is very far from kind. Their attitude changes if the consultation doesn't go in the direction of the treatment you want. Also, after I got an injection to dissolve filler, I had an allergy and couldn't even open my eyes, and my whole face swelled up unbelievably. I rushed to a local clinic, and the director there said it looked severe even just by appearance, and if it kept swelling like that on day 1, it could become dangerous while sleeping, so they even recommended the emergency room. But here, the manager casually said that everyone who gets the dissolving injection goes through that. (?)(?)(?) Even if the allergy itself is due to my own body type, I am very disappointed with the aftercare. And it's just payment, payment, payment, payment, payment from start to finish. It feels like they look down on talking with customers. Please improve the empathy and kindness... I think that would be much better for sales too. Any desire to come back just disappears. The director is really great at injecting filler! Anyway, the treatment result is the most important thing, so if you're only looking at the doctor's skill, I recommend them.
