Honestly, I don't know whether they're kind or whether they do good aftercare, but my nose was a bulbous nose and it improved somewhat. But my nose is crooked, and the scars on the alar and columella are severe, so even though it's been a long time since I had it done, the scars are still visible I don't really know how they are these days, but I had it done a long time ago, so I'm going to get a revision surgery.
