10 years ago, I only had silicone inserted into the bridge of my nose. They took photos with a digital camera and analyzed my face, then put in the bridge naturally and without overdoing it, and I've been very satisfied ever since. They do a great job of understanding what the patient wants and operating accordingly. The surgery went well and the swelling went down quickly too. I've had no problems so far. I went there through an acquaintance, and I think he might be a hidden master known only to people in the know. He doesn't advertise online, so he isn't famous, but maybe older people go there little by little??
