This is the place where I had my first double eyelid surgery when I was young, and it's been so long that I can't remember the surgery cost. My mom paid for it. (It's been over 15 years) On the first day after surgery, I had bruising and a lot of swelling, but it went down faster than I expected. After about 2 weeks, the major swelling was gone and the minor swelling lasted for a few months. Others told me it turned out well, and in my view it settled in and became thinner after about a year, so I thought it was fine. Seeing that it's still going well to this day, I think the surgery was done well. (It seems like people go there through word of mouth.) There were no side effects, and I didn't have anything go wrong or hurt after the surgery!
