Looking back now, I'm grateful for the empathy, but the professional consultation was really lacking. I kept telling everyone, including the manager and the doctor, all the way up to right before surgery, that I wanted a full C cup, and I even wrote the desired cup size as full C on the consent form right before surgery. It was a particularly large case, but I wonder why they talked as if everything would be possible during the consultation. After the surgery, they said that if it had been reduced any more, it would have been dangerous, which was honestly so disappointing. For aftercare, I only came to the hospital twice to check the condition, got tape applied, and that was it. Sensation is about 70% gone. The scar is not as bad as I expected, but the breast shape feels somehow unnatural, and especially the areola shape is extremely uneven. The difference is almost twofold. I complained about this to the hospital six months later, sending photos as well, but all I got was that I should discuss it with the doctor and that revision surgery would cost money. I was so disappointed at that point that even now the stitches keep poking out, and I just live with it. I was very depressed, and I have now basically given up on my breasts. Compared with what I was told during consultation and what I paid, I was far too disappointed.
