The female doctor mainly performed the procedures and was kind and did a good job. I feel this is a hospital with the best value for money. The problem is the staff;; they’re extremely unfriendly and lack a lot of professional training. I mainly went there for procedures, but once I had an Aqua Peel done as a simple skin-care treatment, and instead of using the Aqua Peel machine properly, they were scraping my face. I was so shocked and it was so funny that I burst out laughing, but the person doing it seemed not to know what was going on. Since the clinic is run by staff who don’t even have the basics down, my trust dropped a lot, and I’ve been hesitant to go back since then... The female doctor really does treat you well, though.
