Because the doctor here aims for a naturally done result, the in-line shape came out extremely natural. It ended up looking like a hidden double eyelid, so the double eyelids are not very noticeable. I also wanted to remove fat above the eyes, but they advised against it because they said my eyes would sink in as I got older if I removed it, so I could not remove the fat. But now that I think about it, I kind of wish I had just removed it. If you want a bigger double eyelid, you have to clearly state that you want it bigger.
