The director looked at the line twice in his own style, and when I told him the direction I wanted, he cut me off with an expression like he was annoyed to hear it and just said no. Is this really expensive? He coldly replied, “It’s not fat, it’s protruding.” I had always thought it was fat, so I was surprised and asked about the surgical method, but he acted like if you don’t know, just stay quiet, said it should be an incision and said no, without any further explanation, so I was very upset. The manager was kind and said that’s just the director’s style, but in the clinic’s advertising video he speaks very kindly, so I felt a gap, and the actual consultation felt cold to me personally and I did not trust it.
