I got double chin injections here a few years ago. Right after the procedure, the solution caused severe swelling, and they told me to use the tightening band too. I did everything they told me to do and drank a lot of water to help flush out the solution while slightly adjusting my diet, but there was no dramatic effect. I think contour injections themselves just don't have a big effect.
