I visited to have hyaluronidase filler removed from the under-eye and front cheekbone area, which had been injected at another hospital. The filler had been in there for over 5 years. The reason I ended up going here was that, after joining a side-effect cafe and reading posts and comments, I found out by word of mouth that people who had received hyaluronic acid filler and still hadn't had it disappear were going there too. I had a detailed consultation with the manager, and then met the doctor, who looked extremely busy. He was as kind as I had hoped, but I had a lot of questions and couldn't ask them because he was so busy. Also, during the consultation with the manager, they said that when removing filler, this place, unlike others, dissolves it while looking with an ultrasound machine, and I came because people from that side-effect cafe said the same thing here, but the doctor told me I didn't need ultrasound for the filler. I almost trusted that and didn't do it, but I was worried, so I said I would pay the extra cost and asked them to dissolve it while looking with ultrasound, and proceeded. So if any of you go, I recommend definitely asking them to dissolve it while looking with ultrasound. If they do it without looking and it dissolves in a weird place, that wouldn't be good. Anyway, the doctor checked with ultrasound to see at what depth the filler was located, then dissolved it, and I also had expression done on the filler area, and he showed me in the mirror that the filler was coming out to the outside. I got one injection to dissolve it, and when I came home, it really had dissolved. In conclusion, it seems the doctor has skill, but the cost is high. At other places, ultrasound was 30,000 won, but here I paid 110,000 won to have it checked. And because the doctor was so busy, that part felt quite disappointing. Even so, the reason I went here was because they said they would remove it while looking with ultrasound, and because I saw reviews from people who had visited here saying it really dissolved, so for me I think it was the right choice to go.
