Even if you make a reservation, you have to wait about 30 minutes for the procedure. I had a 5-session hair removal package, and maybe because there were so many people, the managers and staff were unfriendly.. It felt like they were speaking to me in a blunt tone. The hair removal also felt sloppy, just like they were sweeping over it, so when I go next time, if I ask them to be more careful, they do pay a little more attention. I got the procedure at an event price, so the price was good, but the doctor and staff were unfriendly, so I don't want to come back.
