I got lifting and it became dramatically better for a while, but after that it gradually and quickly returned to how it was before. Hmm... I liked it, and if I had lots of money I’d probably keep doing it, but as a salaried worker I don’t think the value for money is that good because the procedure is expensive. It feels like it only lasts for a very short time if you want ongoing maintenance, but it’s pricey. Still, the staff are kind.
