I'm a scaredy-cat.. I was worried and had a lot of questions, so I asked the doctor about so many things, and he explained each one kindly. He gave me evidence-based explanations and said I didn't need unnecessary surgeries, which made me trust him. The staff also gave me a very comfortable consultation with smiles.
