The front desk staff weren't very organized, so even though I had a reservation and went there, I had to wait a really long time and things didn't move quickly. I had reserved a consultation with the doctor, but a coordinator handled it instead... Since I'm a biology student, I didn't really trust a non-specialist at first, but... they were kind. The coordinator gave a very high quote, but I had already set my budget, so I ended up getting 4 sessions (I don't know why the clinic counts it that way, but it's based on dosage, not number of sessions). The result is very satisfying. But if there were another hospital available, I'd probably go somewhere else. The staff were frustrating... and the doctor was so intimidating that it didn't feel like I was paying for my own treatment, which was uncomfortable.
