In all my clinic tours, this was the first time I met such an unbelievably rude coordinator I had gone in basically ready to get same-day treatment at Seigi, but because of the coordinator I didn’t do it that day and just went home. And at another hospital I had already visited, I had almost decided to get it done there. I never even got to see which doctor it was Other hospitals did an ultrasound and explained everything so kindly and in detail, but here it just felt like a machine that only takes your money. And the coordinator? Manager? Seriously, don’t treat patients like that ^^
