I'm older and have less elasticity, and I already have hip creases, so I had a lot to lose or had to accept a lot of side effects, so I only had the protruding saddle thighs done as a mini procedure. I wanted a 360-degree procedure, but the doctor said not to be greedy, take less out first, and remove more later if needed..
