After consulting with the doctor, I felt they were warm and kind of homey and easy to talk to. The coordinator was kind too and seemed fine. Also, the hospital facilities were clean, and it seemed like there were a lot of Korean patients, which was good. But I don't use Instagram, and I didn't like that they kept pushing Instagram on me.
