I think I visited about twice. It depends on who is consulting you, but they seem to try to be kind. Since I know absolutely nothing about procedures, I asked questions, and there were also people who seemed annoyed and just gave me a half-hearted answer. But the person who took pre-procedure photos and guided me to the procedure room was very rude, and I remember saying something to them. The director was just so-so. He wasn’t particularly kind, and because he was busy he just sketched it out, gave me the injection, and left.
