There are several directors here, so it's really hit or miss. One female director was really careless and rude, and after I filed a complaint once, I had it done by a different director, who paid more attention and did it properly. As for the treatment effect, hmm... maybe because it's a factory-style clinic, they lowered the laser output as much as possible, so the effect didn't last very long, I think.
