I couldn't consult with the director, but the manager was kind and the waiting time wasn't long, which was nice. The facilities were really good too. I went when they had just opened, so there weren't many people. Axillary toning isn't a treatment with particularly great results, so I don't plan to revisit, but I'm satisfied.
