The effect seemed to show from the second week, and I got this because I wanted the width to get smaller. I was satisfied with the effect! They seem to do a good job of making the cheekbones on the side stand out as little as possible. If you have prominent cheekbones, they inevitably stand out + maybe because I got botox, my muscles feel a bit weaker when eating meat, which makes it a little hard.. but not so much that I can't eat
