I went to get a mole removed, but before the procedure they said I had to have a consultation, so I waited and then had a consultation in the consultation room. The consultation manager thought the scar where the mole had already been removed was an acne scar, and brought it up while saying I also needed an acne inflammation injection there. When I said it wasn't an acne mark but the scar from a mole that had already been removed, they changed the subject and hurriedly wrapped up the consultation ^^ They were throwing out recommendations with no real expertise at all.
