The type of Botox was Xeomin. Before injecting, they numb it by spraying it cold, and thanks to that the pain is reduced. It's effective, so I've been getting it for 2 years now. The downside is that it's a factory-style hospital, so the doctor changes every time So the skill varies each time, which is a bit different, but since it's not a difficult procedure, everyone does it well. The nurses are a bit unfriendly, maybe because they're busy.
