They’re extremely pushy. I looked at what I wanted to do on the website and said I only wanted those procedures, but they kept forcing me to choose the expensive options, and I’m never going back. When I kept saying no, they kept trying to bundle in at least something cheap, and I was so angry. In the end I added one or two things and did them, but I really felt awful. At first the person doing the consultation was friendly because things weren’t going the way they wanted, but at the end their expression changed and their voice changed too. It was the worst. Just pay a little more and go somewhere decent.
