First of all, both the consultation manager and the doctor really listen carefully when I ask about my requests or questions during the consultation. Even when I ask silly questions that come from ignorance, they answer well without making me feel dismissed. I like that they don’t pressure me or make me feel burdened. That said, it doesn’t mean good or bad, but the doctor also gives the feeling of treating me comfortably. There’s a difference between being rude and being comfortable. Anyway, compared to when I went to other hospitals, I feel less burdened by both the consultation and the procedure, and I’m glad I can get explanations for the things I’m curious about.
