I got calf Botox 3 times together with fat-dissolving injections. Maybe because results vary from person to person, I sometimes got cramps in my calves, but other than that there was no improvement... I wasn't managing my diet or exercising either, but I also wasn't eating that much and they also said I didn't need to do separate exercise or diet control there, so I didn't... There was zero effect..
