The doctor was very kind and explained things well. It seemed professional because he had done many surgeries for my case. However, the person at the front desk had their mask off and looked like they didn't want to be working For removing foreign material, he recommended using an endoscope to see and remove it. He said 99% could be removed, but other hospitals had all said it couldn't all be removed, so I'm a little skeptical
