They really push deposits hard. It was the most intense among all the plastic surgery clinics I've been to so far. They said there could be a difference of several million won in surgery cost depending on whether you book on the day or not. They seem to really value a definite effect, so it might be good for really sagging breasts or very large breasts where there is truly no other option. The incision itself is large, so the effect seems like it would be definite.
