I had incisional eye correction surgery in 2014 The hospital was clean, and the staff were kind and nice I got a student discount, so it was cheap Even though the surgery was incisional, it turned out really well with no visible signs But.. I asked them to make it a slight inner double eyelid, and they ended up making an in-out line It would be good for people who want an in-out line...
