It's factory-like, and it seems the consultation-related matters are handled entirely by the consultation staff. But if you want a consultation in the evening, you have to reserve in advance. I had laser hair removal ten times, and it seemed like I got treated by a different doctor every time. Among the doctors, there were some who really handled it carefully, and others who were so rough I wondered if it was already over, so there was quite a difference. When I asked to speak with the doctor who performed the procedure to ask about details related to it, the nurses looked flustered. For most things they just said to ask the counter instead of the doctor. When I went to the counter, they said they didn't know either... The facility is clean. I also had several other treatments besides hair removal, and while it feels a bit haphazard, the cost-effectiveness seems pretty good.
