It just feels like I pay periodically because it's cheap. The hair removal works, so since it's a factory-type place I just go there for hair removal. But I've been getting treatment here for years, and when I stop the upper-lip hair removal for a month or two and then try to pay again, I get made to wait because I have to consult with the consultation manager. The weekend wait is at least an hour; I stopped what I was getting for a while and tried to restart, so why do I need another consultation? Even after waiting an hour, they said it would take too long so they just proceeded without a consultation, but I still don't understand. The desk staff were also unfriendly.
