I got a pet-s consultation. They spoke very bluntly about the area I was worried about, and I was embarrassed lol. They were kind, and I went a few years ago and again last year, and the place has gotten much smaller. When I went a few years ago, the facilities were great, but now they are just okay. They told me to just get a consultation and not do it if I thought it would not work.
