First, as with other clinics, the consultation goes in the order of manager, doctor, manager. I was worried because there were many reviews saying the consultation was unfriendly, but that wasn’t the case, though they did seem tired haha. They were straightforward about what couldn’t be done and honestly told me the range that would be possible for my eyes, which I liked. There was no particular pressure to book.
