The staff were kind, but it felt like a kind of trained politeness. This was the hospital I had been most excited about because its reviews matched my taste the most while I was researching facial contouring, but after the surgery, the director seemed so tired that the consultation felt too formulaic. Out of five hospitals, three said my facial bones were small so there wasn't much to shave and I should do it naturally, and one hospital's director even sent me back and told me to think about surgery again. But only here did they say my face was broad and square-jawed enough that shaving the jawline would be effective, which made me wonder. It felt factory-like.
