I got dual toning from the male doctor, and I'm not sure about the effect, but he did it quite carefully. It didn't feel like a place that pays attention to each patient individually, and if you want a cost-effective treatment you want, it seems fine. I later got PDT briefly too, and it wasn't bad. It's a cost-effective clinic.
