I got filler treatment from the director, and maybe because he has a lot of experience, he told me what the problem was when I wanted the filler placed in a certain direction, and he also recommended that the remaining filler could be used for the nasolabial folds. The filler has worn off quite a bit now, so I'm planning to go back and get it again soon.
