I went there with high expectations because I saw that they run a very detailed blog, but the consultation ended in just 1 minute after a cursory look, which was disappointing. Still, I paid because I thought the result would be good (it was also unusual that the director handled payment directly in the consultation room). I did it 3 times, but there was no effect. I'm not sure about pigmentation, but the scar area seems to have gotten worse. If your goal is scar treatment, I don't recommend it.
