Super not recommended. I have a protruding chin, and at other places they recommended either setback surgery or osteotomy, but only the doctor here recommended advancement surgery. It was seriously baffling. When I told other clinics about it later, all the doctors were like, “??? Which doctor was that, and where?” ... You have an underbite complex, and they suggest advancement? For people who are not like me with a protruding chin, but rather have a receding chin or no underbite, it seems to work well.
