The consultation goes in the order of doctor first, then manager. I really liked that only the doctor analyzed my eyes. The manager only handled the pricing consultation! Also, both the doctor and the manager are kind. The director also has an incredible eye for detail. He immediately pointed out facial features that only I had noticed myself. I visited because a friend had good results and said they do surgery carefully, and I really did feel I could trust them. In particular, unlike other hospitals, it seemed like they do well just through word of mouth without advertising. Also, the fact that it's a one-doctor clinic and that they do double eyelid surgery without sleep anesthesia felt trustworthy.
