I had basic nose surgery several years ago. The director was gentle and calm, the consultation manager was friendly, and the desk staff were also fairly average. I was moderately satisfied with the surgery results and received one after-service adjustment, but even so they handled it well, so it was the kind of experience that was just a one-time visit.
