A small and simple clinic. The consultation with the manager here was more substantive and helpful than the consultation with the director. In the director's consultation, he said that for the buccal fat area, it wasn't as bad as the deep cheek area, and that the cheekbone area was something to worry about because it might sag. If I were to do it, he said it would be removed with a cannula. But even though it would be nice to feel the patient's facial condition by touch, it felt like he was just roughly looking with his eyes. I wasn't confident the surgery would turn out well.
